Cancellation and refunds
Cancel anytime. Ask us when something goes wrong.

Cancellation
You can cancel Creator at any time from Account → Manage billing. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access remains subject to the effective date displayed by Stripe and your ArtPolisher account.
Refund requests
If you were charged because of a duplicate transaction, a technical billing error, or a service problem that prevented meaningful use, contact us within 14 days of the charge. We will review reasonable requests individually.
Founding 100 purchases
Founding 100 lifetime purchases use the same 14-day refund window. A completed refund or successful chargeback revokes Creator lifetime access and makes the numbered seat available again.
How to request help
Email creationsluckybear@gmail.com from the address used for your ArtPolisher account. Include the charge date and a description of the problem, but never send full card details.
